Unit 2 Reflextion





     Unit 2 Journey on Relaxation Exercise




      I found the Journey to Relaxation Exercise to be great. The instructors voice was very soothing during the process. You,can feel the release of stress & tension released from the body. As I was sitting back & feeling ever so relaxed in my chair I found myself kind've in a drifting/trance type of effect. My muscles & shoulders began to feel light, my body felt as if I was about to be lifted out of my body. The bloodflow and slow release of inhale and exhale breathing, literally my mind was in another place almost as if near an ocean relaxing near sand while drinking an ice cold pina-colada.  This is a very refreshing meditation to perform for anyone who's either stressed or for one who suffers from aniexty.

  1. I have to agree with you on this one. I have had a very stressful couple of weeks and if I would do this more often I'm sure I would feel better. As an alternative, I also execise when feeling stressed, and that seems to help. Look forward to reading more of your posts!

  2. I was really taken by how the visualization took me to another level. I really felt weightless and stress free. Also it was as if I could feel those body parts radiating light and energy. All positive energy directed with a purpose of healing.

  3. hello john after i did the relaxation i really under stand your post because i have an illness it help me with stress management within my body and mind it gives me control over my stress and we both know healing begin in the mind i'm off to healing.
